We provide customers with sample testing of online HTF in the system (acid value, carbon residue, flash point, viscosity, distillation range, etc.), helping users to find factors such as pollution, oxidation, moisture, thermal degradation, etc. that affect system operation and heat transfer oil performance as early as possible. The test results will be provided to customers along with relevant suggestions including corrective measures. In order to make the HTF sample represent the overall condition of the system online HTF, it is best to take samples from the system circulation main pipe, and the samples should be stored in a clean, dry, oil-resistant container.
